OCD has been a part of my life since I can remember. I often believed there was little I or anyone else could do to help. However, I eventually saw an OCD specialist and it changed my life.
Now, I am passionate about helping others live (and enjoy!) their lives in spite (and because) of uncertainty.
I am committed to providing my clients with the best care possible, so I exclusively use evidence-based treatments such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help my clients and their families.
I pride myself on staying up to date on the most recent research available on OCD, Autism, and related issues. I also regularly seek out training opportunities that will help me provide my clients with the best treatment available.
In addition, I often draw from my professional and lived experience to help build strong and lasting relationships with my clients.
Those that know me best say I am an authentic, down to earth, and compassionate person with a good sense of humor. And perhaps most importantly, I love what I do!
In my free time I enjoy hiking, exercising, camping, gardening, cooking/baking, and spending time with my husband and daughter.
